Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

Old Chatham Ranch Meyer Lemon Olive Oil will enhance a range of foods — seafood, salads, and desserts. To create this delicious fusion of flavors we use just-picked, fresh Meyer Lemons (lots of them) and ripe Old Chatham Ranch Lecchino olives (lots of them, too).

The lemons are squeezed and the juice reserved for lemonade (lots of lemonade!) At the mill our ripe olives and the Meyer lemon skins are crushed together on the granite stone wheel, resulting in this delectable blend — a fragrant and zesty marriage of olive oil and lemon oil. Enjoy!
