In autumn our olives are handpicked and pressed the next day producing a blend of Italian and California flavors. Ours is a fragrant, fruity, green oil with complex fresh and grassy flavors that linger in the mouth with a long, pepper finish.

Old Chatham Ranch is located in the rugged hills of Mendocino County’s Yorkville Highlands appellation, where the soil and climate are ideally suited for olives. Our Italian varietals and California Mission trees are hand tilled and grown without pesticides.
